A COMPREHENSIVE MECHANISM FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN RURAL AREAS OF THE REGION

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the research was the theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of applied tools for the mechanism of management of innovative development of rural infrastructure. Results.In the work, it is primed that innovative modernization of the management system is introduced on the basis of optimal and effective development of productive forces and the vision of infrastructural centers in the regions of zoom in the need for conceptual connivance of a new format of reciprocal modes. The necessity of activating the regulation of the development of the infrastructure in the agricultural space and the support of practical implementation of invasive approaches at the regional and space levels, including monitoring research, comprehensive, prognostic and expert assessment of the findings of management activities, is presented. Implementation of a logical-process model to improve the mechanism of management of the development of the infrastructure of agricultural territories for the transfer of the calculation of the met, the formation of investment resources, the territorial distribution and the fate of the socio-economic processes of all elements, objects and warehouse infrastructure. The work has developed an economic system of the infrastructure of agricultural territories, management systems and approaches to management on the basis of improving international interaction. The mechanism and tools for managing the innovative development of the infrastructure of the agricultural territories of the region have been proposed. In order to achieve economic independence and solve the problems of the steel development of agricultural territories, the creation of "growth points" in the agricultural region has been proposed. Conclusions. The transition of the agricultural territories of Ukraine to the concept of direct development of the entire complex of infrastructure will require the analysis and assessment of the efficiency of the work of all its subjects and support systems, the development of a comprehensive mechanism for the innovative development of the infrastructure of the agricultural territories of the region and the introduction of methods for the programmatic and target management of the development of the infrastructure of agricultural territories at the regional level. In the quality of the conceptual basis for the mechanism of management of the development of the infrastructure of agricultural territories in the region, a logical-process model of complex modernization of management processes has been proposed. Strategic direct improvement of the management of the development of the infrastructure of agricultural territories in the region does not lead to the formation of an optimal management system on the basis of the introduction of innovative mechanisms and tools. The model of international interaction in the organizational structure of management of the development of agricultural territories in the field of access to the balance of interests of the management systems in the sectoral sector to satisfy the interests of the intergovernmental population on the basis of rational use of budget funds and production capacities of agricultural business, to improve the institutional environment and to reduce the negative effects of anthropogenic inversionto the biosphere. The development of modern IT technologies in management, innovative management of the development of infrastructure in the agricultural space can be based on methodological bases, which include the methodology of management decision and the collection of organizational approaches from the development of the first development, the methods of development of management decisions, the organization of the development of management decisions, the technology of development of management decisions, the quality of management decisions, the object of the management decision.
